To update an existing appointment, click the "edit" icon under the "Action" column corresponding to the patient's appointment. This allows you to change the date, time, doctor assigned, patient vitals, prescriptions, and additional notes before saving the updated information.
Can I track appointment waiting times easily?
Yes, the system clearly displays waiting times in the "Wait Time" column, making it easy to track patient flow and optimize scheduling. This helps improve patient management and overall hospital efficiency.
Is it possible to delete or cancel an appointment through the system?
Yes, appointments can be deleted or canceled directly through the system by clicking the "trash" icon under the "Action" column. A confirmation prompt will appear to prevent accidental deletions.

You can quickly view essential patient information by clicking the "VIEW VITAL DETAILS" button located within the patient's profile section. This displays key patient data, such as height, weight, BMI, temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and more, to better inform healthcare delivery.
The Working Process
Register the Patient
Start by filling in basic patient details such as name, gender, date of birth, mobile number, Aadhaar or ABHA ID. You can also verify existing records using the built-in search option or create a new ABHA account directly from the interface.
Schedule the Appointment
Choose the relevant department and preferred date. Appointments can be created for walk-in patients or through online booking channels using the respective quick-access buttons (+ Walk-In / + Online).
Check-Ups
All appointments are listed in a clear table view showing details like appointment ID, patient name, doctor, department, date & time, and visit time. Easily manage or edit bookings using the action icons—view, update time, reschedule, or cancel.
